By accessing and using AI Harmonium ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to use this site in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.
Description of Service
AI Harmonium is a free, browser-based virtual Indian harmonium. All audio is generated locally in your browser using the Web Audio API — no server-side processing is involved. The Service supports computer keyboard, touch screen, and MIDI controller input via the Web MIDI API. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
Free Use
AI Harmonium is free to use for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. You may use it for practice, learning, teaching, and casual performance. No account or payment is required.
Intellectual Property
All content, audio samples, design, code, and trademarks associated with AI Harmonium are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Harmonium and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Audio & Sound
The harmonium sounds provided are for musical practice and enjoyment. We make reasonable efforts to ensure sound accuracy but do not guarantee that digital sounds will perfectly replicate a physical harmonium. Volume levels are controlled by your device — please use appropriate volume levels to protect your hearing.
Third-Party Services
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and may use Cloudflare services for delivery and security. Your use of these underlying services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
Advertising
AI Harmonium may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these ads or the websites they link to. Your interaction with any advertisement is between you and the advertiser.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
